Simon Huang is the founder of NovaChoice Investment Inc.  Mr. Huang specializes in and manages single family homes, multiplexes, apartment complexes and commercial with up 45+ units throughout Santa Clara County, Merced County and Stanislaus County.

Mr. Huang has been active in real estate brokerage and management of residential income properties in the bay area and central valley since 2004. 

Mr. Huang holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology(aka: Illinois Tech).  He was an engineer and worked for silicon valley high tech companies over 20 years. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, a member of the Merced County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Huang is also an instructor for a famous financial company and teachs property manager over 4+ years.
